I am Kath Hume and I wholeheartedly believe that organisational performance and personal fulfillment can be simultaneously achieved by defining and progressing toward a common purpose.

As technological advancement, accelerating change and global competition disrupt the nature of work, we will need to call on our human capabilities to interact with humans and machines so we can continually add value. 

I have written a few articles and blog posts to describe how this can be achieved. 

I am on a mission to find people who have achieved this for themselves, their teams and/or their organisations.
