A BIT ABOUT ME

When I started my career in Human Resources, I believed that happy employees would be productive employees.

I have always wanted to work with people in organisations to support them to find pleasure and fulfillment from their work to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for themselves, their teams and their organisations.
